Long before Mike Ross began working for Twitch back in 2014, he was a well liked and very well known player, especially in the original Street Fighter IV release where he would destroy opponents with E. Honda. While Ross hasn’t been on screen as a competitor in tournaments, he has been traveling around the world representing Twitch in various major events and tournaments and also hosting Capcom Pro Talk for the last two years.
Things are about to change. Ross revealed that he is leaving his job at Twitch on Twitter.
Today marks my last day at @Twitch. It's been the craziest ride, but for now I'm taking some much needed R&R. See you all at Capcom Cup!

Shoryuken reached out to Ross who responded to questions about leaving Twitch.
“It was my decision to leave… I’m going to work on my own thing,” Ross said.
It will be interesting to see what’s next for Ross, but one thing is for sure, he did a great job in helping promote and increasing interest in the fight game community.
Who knows, we may see him compete again soon in tournaments in the future.
