Paramount releases Blu-ray details and release date for ‘Star Trek Beyond’

It’s time to beam the crew of the Enterprise home as Star Trek Beyond is coming to 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray Combo Packs, DVD and On Demand on November 1st. Four weeks before the Blu-ray is released, Star Trek Beyond will be out on Digital HD on October 4th. The Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Packs will be jam-packed with more than an hour of action-packed bonus content with featurettes from filmmakers and cast, a look into the 50 new alien species that were created for the film, deleted scenes, and a gag reel. Also, you get to journey through the celebration of Star Trek’s 50th Anniversary and watch tributes dedicated to Leonard Nimoy and Anton Yelchin.

Paramount also announced that they’ll be releasing the Star Trek Trilogy Blu-ray collection which will include 2009’s Star TrekStar Trek Into Darkness, and Star Trek Beyond and the Digital HD copies of each film.

Star Trek Beyond Blu-ray Combo Pack
The Blu-ray is presented in 1080p high definition with English Dolby Atmos, French 5.1 Dolby Digital, Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital, Portuguese 5.1 Dolby Digital and English Audio Description and English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles. The DVD in the combo pack is presented in widescreen enhanced for 16:9 TVs with English 5.1 Dolby Digital, French 5.1 Dolby Digital, Spanish 5.1 Dolby Digital and English Audio Description and English, French, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles.
