Two brand new seasons of “The Rising of the Shield Hero” will be coming to the streaming platform, as well as a new mini-series titled “Uzumaki,” an anime that is based on Junji Ito’s iconic horror manga. Uzumaki will be coming to Adult Swims’ Toonami sometime in 2020.
CRX was also the place for the U.S and World premieres of “Blackfox” which is a Crunchyroll co-production, as well as the OVA for “Mob Psycho 100 II,” an OVA from “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure,” “The Wonderland,” and the season three premiere of “Chihayafuru.” CRX also debuted a few premieres for a few upcoming shows that are slated to stream on Crunchyroll, which included “Somali and the Forest Spirit,” “In/Spectre,” “Highschool Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World,” “Ascendance of a Bookworm,” and “Didn’t I say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life.”

A cityscape that was equipped with a flight check-in desk allowed for its visitors to fly through a city that was filled with numerous anime adventures, activations, and an artist alley.
With more than 70 panels, sold-out experiences that included the Crunchyroll-Hime cafe and FLOW concert. 40 exclusive CRX items, and a Crunchyroll games station that demoed playable versions of “Naruto X Boruto Ninja Tribes” and “Attack on Titan TACTICS,” CRX 2019 had every inch covered of the San Jose McEnry Convention Center, that entertained not only fans of Crunchyroll, but fans of Anime itself.
