Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment - Fighting the final boss in German breaks the game

@RhinozeRob I'm sorry that this bug exists. :(
This occurs when the language is set to German. As a workaround, change the game language beforehand.

If you're not playing the game in German, you shouldn't encounter this bug. I'm sure the Yacht Club guys will fix this, but at least there's an easy workaround for now. Thanks to Gerjet for the heads up.
