IndieCade is moving from Culver City to USC

indie

IndieCade has always been a way for small and independent developers to showcase their hard work in developing smaller titles that often get overlooked. The event has grown so much over the previous years that companies like Nintendo and Sony have also started attending, showcasing various games. Last year we saw a heavy focus shift to virtual reality-based games.

Since 2009, IndieCade has been held in Downtown Culver City, but this year will see a change in venues. Now it will be held in and around the area of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, which will be held between October 13-16. If you’ve never attended IndieCade and are interested in video game development, it’s a great way to speak to people with a passion for the industry. It also includes chances to play various games, attend various panels focusing on different subjects and most importantly have fun.

Tickets for the event are on sale now.
